Volumes are reviewed on the 1st of each month; upgrades apply automatically from the 1st of the following month. New accounts start on Standard. How are tiers set?

By your total processed volume in the previous calendar month, across all products in EUR equivalent. Volumes are reviewed on the 1st of each month and upgrades apply automatically from the 1st of the following month. New accounts start on Standard.

What counts as volume?

The EUR value of all payments and conversions processed on your account — local payments, SWIFT, FX and stablecoin on/off-ramp combined.

Is the account fee extra?

No. The €99 monthly account fee is credited against your transaction fees each month, so most active accounts pay nothing beyond their usage.

Can rates go below Enterprise?

Bespoke pricing is available for volumes above €5M per month. Contact the team to discuss.

Rates apply to approved accounts and are subject to our Terms of Business. Onboarding is subject to compliance review. Billing is in EUR; payments in other currencies are converted at the prevailing rate.
